-Lots wife wanted what she was leaving more than what God had for her and her future. Her attachment to the past was greater than her commitment to the future.
-The all consuming fire is so great that we won’t consider staying stuck.
-Fire Can: Heat, light, warm, destroy, power (empower), purify, fire spreads.

-When God shows up things change.
-Is God absent? Then He shows up? NO. Our access to Him doesn’t change. He never leaves.

-Sometimes God lights the fire in our lives to get our attention.

-How do we stay close to the fire? How do we feel warmth?
-God’s love is a burning, consuming fire. It WILL consume you if you allow it to, but it will burn away anything untrue.
-God is not trying to destroy you. He is trying to refine you.

-When the fire fell: Disciples became bold preachers, ordinary men changed the world, 3000 people were saved in one day.
-Fire of God turns spectators to world changers.
