    -His plan was to tell them so that they would have peace.

    -It requires understanding that we interact with our mind and body with the world, but we have joy.

    -Renew our mind and settle truth in our heart.

    -Don’t run away be prepared.

    -Settling our hearts is permanent- it is where we choose what to believe.

    -The transition from just renewing your mind/settling in your heart.

    -It’s not a transition from learning/ doing more.

    -It’s choosing what we believe.

    -This is why He tells us things beforehand- so we can settle it in our heart.

    -fear and peace both grow from focus and repetition.

    -How do we find peace in our heart?

    -James 4:10

    -Why do we repeat what people say and not what God says?

    -We look for life in the Word, not to check a box.

    -Bless those who curse you.

    -Pride can limit you.

    -When you’re prideful you think you’re your own God.

    -Hebrews 10:10

    -Do our own opinions about ourselves or other peoples opinions about us conflict with Gods word? Then we know what needs to go.

  • 1 John

    -Your joy should be full because of Jesus. Joy is a fruit of the spirit.

    -There is no darkness in Him so he does not put darkness on us.

    -If we are experiencing darkness in our life, God is the light.

    -if we’re in the light we will have fellowship with one another.

    -We are supposed to receive His sacrifice.

    -How does someone’s heart get condemned?

    -When your heart gets condemned it can lead to anxiety, depression, and all kinds of other things.

    -You will know you are in Christ when you know how much you’re loved.

    -The only way you know that is by spending time with Him.

    -He has made us free from the things that have paralyzed us. He has made us free from the law of sin and death.

    -There is no condemnation for us who are in Christ.

    -Don’t let your heart be condemned.

    -We abide in Him and He abides in us. It’s not a feeling it’s the truth.

    -How do you test a spirit? Holy Spirit will tell you. Look at their fruit.

    -“The finish line” is setting your mind on Heaven.

    -We have victory over the enemy.

    -Everything is under the name of Jesus.

    -The word needs to be in your heart.

    -We don’t have the spirit of fear.

    -We will have challenges but be of good cheer! He has overcome the world!

    -The dark spirits sometimes disguise themselves as good spirits.

    -Don’t believe every spirit- test the spirit.

    -Our flesh is weak. We need to be careful that we don’t grab whole of just anything- test the spirit.

    -He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

    -He is greater than any temptation.

    -If we know God we know He will take care of the situation.

    -Jesus doesn’t come to make us comfortable.

    -If we are fearing anything, we are not trusting God.

    -Truth is not always the loudest voice, but it can become louder if you begin to walk in it more.

  • -The most powerful thing in the world is words.

    -Doubt means unbelief, wavering, questioning

    -In this world we need discipline.

    -Jesus says to love everybody. What is love? Jesus is love.

    -We have Jesus inside of us so we have love inside of us. We want to love others the way Jesus loves not the way we love.

    -We have to take off ourselves and put on Jesus every day.

    -Proverbs 18:21

    -Gods image is love.

    -When you cut people off that’s not forgiveness.

    -It makes practice to love people “in this way” as Jesus said.

    -We need to practice daily and put on Jesus daily.

    -Can you get away from your own love to use His love?

    -There’s a transformation that’s supposed to happen to every person who believes in Jesus.

    -See the change.

    -Jesus refers to us as little children because our mind is not set yet. We need to believe it.

    -Don’t live by your senses, live by your spirit.

    -Speak with authority so you can hear it and belief it. If you say it with doubt you won’t believe it.

    -Faith comes by hearing.

    -Jesus doesn’t temp or test, satan does.

    -We don’t serve a God who created trauma- we serve a God who heals trauma.

    -God can’t make you change the things you’re thinking about. But you can and it comes through spending time with Him.

    -Fear involves torment, it is anti love.

    -When we learn to love the Lord we will obey Him.

    -The witness of God is great than the witness of man.

    -99% of the time it’s not the enemy attacking us it’s our own thoughts.

    -We can pull down the stronghold because it’s our thoughts that are creating them.

    -2 and 3 John specifies and focuses on: truth, love, grace, mercy, peace

    -The truth abides in us.

    -There is not a truth, there is THE truth.

    -A soft answer turns away wrath.

    -Love = walking according to His commands.

    -Guard your heart.

    -It should be for the Lords name sake, not for ours.

    -Do not entertain that which is not of Christ.

    -Those that do evil have not seen God.

    -Truth exposes deception.

    -Sometimes it’s easier to cut off the outward sin than to address the chasm in your identity.

    -Go to the foundational crack not just the outward action.

    -We can rely on the laws of God and they revive us.

    -The testimony of the Lord is sure.

    -There is so much joy in the structure of the Lord.

    -The commandment of the Lord is pure.

    -His intentions toward you are pure.

    -The fear of the Lord is clean.

    -The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.

    -The rules of the Lord are true.

    -May He grant you your hearts desire & fulfill all your plans!

    -Psalm 19 is the road to righteousness.

    -Testimony means do it again.

    -Hide yourself in His word.

    -If your foundation is Him it is sure and secure. If your foundation is about you it will crack.

  • -The Lord can’t lie to us.

    -Believe means trust.

    -If the Lord loves us why would he tell us he loves us and lie?

    -Hold your peace- trust in the Lord with all of your heart.

    -The steps of a righteous man are ordered by the Lord.

    -Gods strength is perfected in our weakness.

    -Don’t rely on yourself and your 5 senses- rely on Jesus.

    -A merry heart does good like a medicine.

    -It’s not about what we can attain from God because we’ve already received it as a free gift. It’s about Him.

    -Jesus never was sick. As He is so are we in this world. If Jesus wasn’t sick- we aren’t sick.

    -We’re lacking the simple perspective of not living by our own principles, but living by dependence on Him.

    -Trust is one of the biggest parts of the Christian life.

    -Isaiah 53

    -Faith means trust.

    -When we turn to God and say “Jesus help me” His strength is perfected.

    -Let go and let the Lord be Himself in us. His yoke is easy and His burden is light.

    -Deny ourselves, our own strength, daily.

    -We don’t care what the symptoms are saying- we can hold our peace.

    -When you hold your peace satan loses.

    -We need to be lead by the spirit of God.

    -Sometimes we get so caught up in striving an effort that we don’t realize that we’ve lost out peace.

    -God gets the final word.

  • What makes Jesus move?

    -Don’t miss what’s in front of you.

    -If you’re looking into the future you will miss what He’s doing right now.

    -He already moved.

    -You can’t be broken when you’re LOVED!

    -In Him we are FREE!

    -It’s the truth that sets you free. Not the slaying of the demons.

    -Jesus went to the cross believing every single thing He said.

    -Hebrews 4:12

    -The word will bring out what’s really in your heart.

    -Love brought Jesus down, love took Jesus to the cross, love sustained Him, love resurrected Him.

    -Ephesians 2:8

    -It is nothing we do that gets us saved other than receiving Him.

    -When you’re not facing something, sometimes you don’t make the time for Him.

    -Proverbs 4:20

    -Keep your heart with all diligence.

    -Jesus tells the truth in love. Love doesn’t look like agreeing with everyone and their ideologies.

    -Know what truth you’re following.

  • The Fathers love

    -John 3:16

    -Jesus never complained.

    -We are called to love our enemies. We can love our enemies because we love/ are loved by Jesus first.

    -When you put everyone else is the God spot it brings trouble.

    -Romans 5:8

    -Jesus died for all of us before we were saved. Can we do that? We can with the love of Jesus in us.

    -There’s always going to be someone who isn’t going to be nice, but we are to love them.

    -1 John 4:9-10

    -Romans 8:38-39

    -Time with Jesus should be #1.

    -He is protecting us wherever we are.

    -What if when something happens we let the love of God rush in and we remind ourselves of how loved we are?

    -Instead of considering all of the knowledge we have, consider how loved you are!

    -Ephesians 2:6-10

    -Don’t let your heart be hard like a walnut shell.

    -We are His masterpiece.

    -Romans 5:5

    -Jesus is our hope.
